Why are we adopting?

We are adopting because we feel that all children deserve a family. No child should be growing up in an orphanage. We can’t even stand to think that in many cases, the children will become prostitutes or live on the streets once they are too old to stay at the orphanage. We feel that God calls all believers to love and care for orphans and for us we feel that means adoption. We love children and we want to be a family to a child who would otherwise be alone.

Christ said, “Whatever you do for the least of these, you do for me.” Because of the great love and grace God has shown us, we want to reach out to an orphan. After all God has adopted us!

Why a child with special needs?

These children are often at the highest risk of not finding a family. In our minds it does not matter if a child has Down Syndrome, cleft palate, missing limbs or other physical or mental disabilities. They are all beautiful people created by God and deserving of a family.
